Assistant Manager

Capstone Care Provider are based in Nottingham having worked with Young people for over 16 years providing homely caring environments in which Young people can thrive.

Capstone are looking for a Assistant Manager to Support the Home Manager, Staff/Young People and someone who is interested in joining a family who work closely together to maintain Procedures for Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Direct Work, Supervision of Staff/ On call duties etc.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE
  • A CLEAN POLICECHECK
  • A FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE
  • Qualified Diploma 3/4 or above/or equivalent
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • ICT computer skills
  • WILLINGNESS TO BE TRAINED

Hours: Work 40hrs. Sleep-in. Shifts.
